This job involves assisting with aspects of Global Capital Markets trust or entity administration and servicing high net-worth private and institutional clients. The role may serve as an administrator for medium to large or complex clients and act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries and requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Relationship Manager in overseeing client relationships and internal business activities.
  • Assist account representatives in revenue activities, preparing documents, and implementing client strategies.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, address inquiries, and recommend service improvements.
  • Manage relationships with service partners and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and stay current on relevant news.
  • Follow corporate policies and procedures related to administration.
  • Implement controls to minimize losses and support team members.
  • Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, escalating issues as needed.
  • Promote a supportive environment reflecting the company brand.
  • Maintain internal controls and address audit and regulatory issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

This position works under supervision and may support less experienced staff.

Education and Experience Required:

At least 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, with a focus on customer service and communication skills.
