This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment, enjoys working with marketing technology, and takes pride in delivering high-quality campaigns with real commercial impact.
You'll play a pivotal role in building, deploying, and coordinating campaigns across multiple business units, while adapting content into engaging assets that support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities
As our CRM Specialist, you'll ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working closely with colleagues across marketing - content, creative, performance, and business unit leads - you'll help turn marketing plans into effective multi-channel campaigns.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and deploying campaigns through various digital channels, including email, web, paid media, and social media.
- Setting up campaign tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and reporting structures.
- Performing thorough quality assurance checks across campaign assets, links, tracking codes, and customer journeys.
- Creating and adapting tactical marketing content including email copy, social media posts, CTAs, landing pages, and promotional assets.
- Repurposing strategic content into engaging, channel-specific marketing materials.
- Coordinating campaign timelines and asset delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Managing multiple concurrent campaigns across various Business Units.
- Monitoring live campaigns and escalating critical issues where required.
- Maintaining campaign documentation and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform effectively.

You'll sit at the heart of the marketing function, working across multiple brands and business units while seeing your work translated into live campaigns that drive measurable results. Every day brings something different, offering a fantastic blend of marketing technology, project coordination, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
What’s the Most Challenging Thing About This Role
Balancing multiple campaign launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously requires exceptional organisation and attention to detail. Success comes from prioritising effectively while maintaining consistently high standards of quality and accuracy.
Essential and desirable capabilities
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience using Marketo or a similar marketing automation/email marketing platform.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a campaign execution or email marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before campaigns go live.
- An understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, and campaign deployment.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Power BI, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email and landing page troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting paid media campaigns and channels.
- Experience within a B2B, professional services, training, events, or information services environment.
