Als calculator of kostendeskundige ben jij een van de belangrijkste schakels binnen ons bedrijf. Binnen deze dynamische functie is geen dag hetzelfde en staat werkplezier voorop. Vanuit jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de prijsvorming van een project. Daarbij ben je van begin af aan betrokken bij onze projecten. Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar een calculatie, beoordeeld en optimaliseert het ontwerp en adviseert de betrokken partijen over jouw bevindingen
Acquisitie naar aanleiding van deze vacature wordt niet op prijs gesteld.
Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Beoordelen van het aangeleverde ontwerp van de klant
- Opzetten en uitwerken van een constructief ontwerp samen met onze constructieafdeling
- Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes en aanspreekpunt voor vragen van leveranciers
- Uittrekken van hoeveelheden
- Opstellen van een detailbegroting of bouwkostenraming
- Uitwerken van de aanbieding (offerte)
- Opstellen van de bouwplanning
- Berekenen van de algemene bouwplaats kosten
- Het project optimaliseren en alternatieven bedenken
- Beheren van het projectdossier en het projectdossier overdragen aan de commercieel adviseur
- Gesprekspartner voor klanten en relaties gedurende de commerciële fase
- Opzetten en ontwikkelen van kostenkengetallen
- Verbeteren van de calculatieprocessen

- Contract conform de CAO Bouw & Infra, : Functieladder 4, functieniveau 4 tot 6, UTA
- Een goed salaris, afhankelijk van je werkervaring en opleidingsniveau.
- Jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Deelname aan het tijdspaarfonds; je bouwt nog eens 13 vrije dagen en 2,18 % individueel budget op, gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband. Je kunt ervoor kiezen deze maandelijks uit te laten keren.

- Een technische of bouwkundige opleiding op MBO-/HBO niveau
