Sales Lead – Live Events & Communications

£70,000–£90,000 base + commission (six-figure OTE) Fully remote (UK-based)

What’s more valuable in business: the product or the people who open the right doors?

At this independent events and communications agency, they know the answer. The 100-strong team has grown a £14m business on the strength of relationships – and they’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Sales Lead who knows how to spark conversations that turn into seven-figure accounts. Someone who can spot opportunity in regulated industries like pharma, finance, insurance, and professional services – and knows how to take it from first meeting to flagship client.

This isn’t a role for dabblers. We want someone who has built relationships for creative or comms agencies before, who has the credibility to sit at boardroom tables, and who can pick up the phone to decision-makers because they’re already in your network.

You’ll:

  • Lead on outreach and client acquisition, bringing in large, multi-year accounts.
  • Nurture new relationships into trusted partnerships over time.
  • Represent the client across events, networks and pitches – with the backing of creative and strategic teams.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving 10%+ year-on-year growth.

In return, you’ll find a culture that isn’t about box-ticking KPIs or quick wins. It’s about smart, sustainable growth. About giving you the tools and support to make big deals happen, and rewarding you properly when they do.

The package is flexible, with base salaries from £70,000–£90,000 (and room to stretch higher for the exceptional). With commission, you’ll be earning, very, very well.

They’re fully remote, with people across the UK – from London to Manchester and beyond.

If you’re the kind of person who can get blue-chip clients to the table, we’d love to talk.
