So what’s the deal?
You’ll join as a recruiter working either:
→ The European market
or
→ The US market (11am–8pm, but let’s be honest… you’re not the “down tools at 5pm even if the world’s on fire” type anyway).
And you won’t be thrown into the deep end with a headset and a prayer.
You’ll get a full 12-week training plan, delivered by one of the directors – someone who’s built markets, made money, and actually knows what they’re talking about.
Half the problem in your SDR job is probably being trained by someone who last cold-called in 2005.
This won’t be that.
Where will you work?
Hybrid.
2 days a week in a London office.
3 days from home, in pyjamas, eating cereal at 11am because no one can stop you.
