The role: You’ll join the team in Loughton, Essex, stepping into a desk with serious momentum. There are no cold starts or empty pipelines. With over 231 trading clients, PSLs already in place, and a resource team feeding you candidate options, you’ll manage people from day 1 and keep building that team. Most of the work is blue‑collar trades, labour, civils, plant, and the business has access to more than 250 active sites ready to go. We want someone who still wants to be on the tools, so if you’re tenacious on the phone, comfortable walking onto site, and know how to get things done, you’ll thrive here.
