Get rich or die hiring. Recruiter first, recruitment insights second, probably an entertainer third.
This is a comms only role. If the thought of that makes you recoil, don’t read on.
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to ditch the desk, boost your income, and take real control of your billings?
Join Will’s Talent – a Rec2Rec agency built around freedom, fairness, and jaw-dropping content (well, we think it is, lots of people think it’s terrible).
This is for someone who is fed up of working in an agency that requires you to be chained to a desk 5 days a week, make 200 dials a day and take home less than 33% of what you bill.
So what’s in it for you?
Commission-first model – You take up to 75% of every placement (depending on experience). Bill £200k+? You could be pocketing £150k+
No monthly costs. We don’t take money off you – the revenue flows one way. To you. We deduct costs (typically under £300) from your placements once a month – we take all the risks on license costs.
Immediate cashflow – With invoice factoring, you get paid the same week your placement starts.
Elite tech stack – Loxo, Ringover, and Paiger. No bloat, just all the GOAT.
Personal brand support – We’ll help you craft and execute a branding strategy that drives inbound leads consistently.
The vibe?
Fully remote, totally flexible – just be based somewhere in the UK. We host regular meetups (Brackley, Birmingham, London) where we create content, chat about the office (UK only, sorry) and share best practice.
Who’s this not for?
If you’re looking for a base salary and need guaranteed income each month – fair enough, but this isn’t for you. This setup suits recruiters who back themselves, want autonomy, and are ready to scale their earnings without limits.
Sound like your kind of gig?
If you’re already in Rec2Rec or ready to make the leap, drop us a line. Let’s talk about how we can help you make more money and have more freedom!
