plan

Here\'s the deal:
- You\'ll be the architect of experiences, leading events from the first proposal to the final applause.
- You\'ll bring your portfolio of clients - and grow it - because people trust you. They know you\'ll make them look good.
- You\'ll curate the perfect mix of venues, hotels, entertainment, and little details that make all the difference.
- You\'ll be at home negotiating budgets one day, and on-site with your sleeves rolled up the next.
And along the way, you won\'t be doing it alone. You\'ll be working with a passionate, creative team that shares your love of making moments happen.
What we\'re looking for:
- 5+ years of MICE or business events experience in the UK inbound market.
- Deep knowledge of the UK & Ireland\'s best venues, hotels, and suppliers.
- Confidence leading projects, managing budgets, and building teams.
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- A natural organiser, communicator, and negotiator who thrives under pressure.
What you\'ll get in return:
- Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on your experience
