There’s a moment at every event. The lights go down, the audience quietens, and all the tiny details you’ve spent weeks (okay, months) obsessing over come to life. If you’ve ever felt that rush, you’ll know what this role is about.
You’ll work for an ambitious events and communications agency, who are looking for an Event Producer who knows how to run a project from the very first conversation to the final applause. Product launches, exhibitions, conferences that span continents. You’ll keep the budget in line, the schedule on track, the suppliers in check, and the client feeling that they’re in safe hands.
This is more about the creativity than the logistics. You’ll be involved in writing content and coming up with events and activities to really make an event pop. We’re not looking for people who are good at working with creatives, we’re looking for people who are the creative forces behind their events.
You’ll need experience working on B2B conferences, ideally for an events agency. You’ll be the one steering the ship, keeping all the various elements together. But you won’t be doing it alone, you’ll have a creative, collaborative team behind you.
And you’ll be well looked after:
- A competitive salary with bonus opportunities
- Healthcare, wellbeing services and access to therapy when you need it
- Support for your growth – training, career planning, proper feedback
- Remote-first working, with 32 days off a year
- Brilliant team socials and an annual company event that’s more “wow” than “forced fun”
