🚀 Group Sales Director Opportunity — Join a Growing Powerhouse!

Location: Swindon (hybrid, minimum 3 days in-office)

Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 + bonus + perks

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and roll up your sleeves (but not get stuck in the weeds)? We’re hunting for a sharp, senior sales leader to step into a vibrant, fast-growing group of companies buzzing with energy, innovation, and a seriously strong culture.

The current Sales Director (and all-around superhero), is moving on to new adventures after steering the ship through big growth, exciting acquisitions, and system upgrades – think CRM rollouts and account planning that’s ready for YOU to take and run with.

What’s on your plate?

  • Leading a brilliant, dynamic team – 4 direct reports plus a lively crew of account managers and business developers.
  • Juggling fast-paced, agile days packed with meetings, forecasting, budgeting, tender kick-offs, and proposals.
  • Nurturing and expanding a mixed portfolio of UK and international clients across sectors like retail, beauty, construction, finance, healthcare, and more. (Pharma’s off the menu, sorry!)
  • Getting hands-on with business development – this is about being proactive, not a passive emailer.
  • Owning the CRM system like a boss – pipeline management is your playground.
  • Supporting senior execs and being a key voice in monthly board and strategy meetings.
  • Stepping into client shoes occasionally with site visits and networking events (because relationships really matter here).

  • A seasoned sales/account management leader, comfortable managing teams and tackling tough conversations.
  • Someone with agency or events background who’s done the AM or AD hustle and is ready for the next big step.
  • A leader who knows that charisma alone won’t cut it – you’re assertive, empathetic, and value-driven.
  • Not just a big “I AM” – you lead by example and earn respect from a team that’s hungry and energetic.
  • Ready to thrive in a company that puts family and values front and centre – work/life balance matters here.
  • Location-wise: Swindon-based preferred, no last-minute relocations unless it’s truly the right fit.

What to expect in the hiring process?

  1. Stage One: A relaxed chat with current incumbent and other SLT member – get ready to tell your story.
  2. Stage Two: Deep dive with Directors on Teams – your CV and experience will be scrutinised.
  3. Final: A face-to-face presentation to full SLT – you’ll talk them through managing a high-performing team and share your proudest client success.
