We’re looking for a delivery consultant who loves making things happen. This isn’t a hand‑holding kind of place. If you’ve got the fundamentals and the hunger, the tools, support, and ambition are here to help you break past six figures – and stay there.

What we’re looking for:

• Self‑propelling – no need for micromanagement
• A delivery consultant who operates with pace, understands the need for efficiency in the recruitment process and knows how to qualify technical candidates quickly
• Happy being on the phone for most of the day – not an in‑mail animal
• French or German skills is a massive bonus

The Particulars:

• 4 days a week in the West Birmingham office
• Base of £28k – £30k with an OTE above £45k
• Best‑performing year for the company
• Elite tech stack – best CRM on the market, leveraging AI
