There’s nothing quite like seeing an event you’ve spent months planning come together. Especially when it’s something genuinely worth being proud of.

If you enjoy the buzz of live events but want to work on bigger, more creative projects for some of the world's best-known brands, this could be a brilliant move.

You'd join an established, independent events agency that's been creating memorable experiences for over 30 years.

Think major automotive launches, international brand experiences, prestigious sporting events and high-profile corporate hospitality. The kind of projects that make your job interesting and your portfolio considerably more impressive.

You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and a creative team to turn ambitious ideas into successful events. There's real variety here, with opportunities to get involved from the earliest planning stages right through to being on-site when everything comes together.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing events from initial brief through to delivery and post-event reporting.
  • Planning schedules, managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Coordinating logistics, production teams and client relationships.
  • Overseeing live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Finding creative ways to improve the experience while protecting budgets.

What you'll need

  • Experience managing corporate events, brand activations or experiential events, ideally within an agency.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing budgets and suppliers.
  • The ability to stay calm when plans inevitably change.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences.

About the company

An established creative events agency with a particularly strong reputation in the automotive industry. You'll work alongside experienced events professionals, with creative and production expertise available in-house.

What you'll get
