Contract recruitment is simple until you try to build it alone. This gives you backing without the lonely bit.
You already know you could build something. You have the relationships, market knowledge and confidence to win contract clients. But going solo means taking all the risk yourself. This role gives you the platform without the panic. You will help build a contract recruitment division across the US and UK tech markets. AI, software, cloud, data, cyber, product - the niche is flexible if you can prove the market and open doors. This isn't delivery. It isn't account management. It's a build role.
You will be expected to bring in contracts and clients quickly. In return, you will get serious backing, a £100,000 - £120,000 basic, and a route to equity based on deals closed and milestones hit.
What you'll be doing:
- You will win new tech contract clients, bring in live requirements, place contractors and help shape the contract strategy across the US and UK.
- Over time, you will build a team, lead a market, or help launch multiple contract verticals.
What you'll need:
- Strong contract recruitment experience in a tech market.
- Evidence you can win clients, not just service accounts.
- A self-starting approach, commercial confidence, and a clear idea of where you'd start.
- Remote, hybrid or office-based can all work. Output matters more than location - but being able to get to North of London.
About the company:
An established recruitment business investing properly into contract recruitment, with plans to grow across the US and UK. You will get backing, funding and infrastructure, without someone sitting over your shoulder checking call times.
What You'll Get:
- £90,000 - £120,000 basic
- Performance-based equity
- Remote / flexible working
- US and UK growth opportunity
- Backing without the personal risk of going solo
- Freedom to shape your niche, strategy and future team
