Recruitment Delivery Consultant Berkhamsted | Hybrid working (3 days a week) | £28,000£35,000 + commission up to 25% This is an opportunity to join a specialist pharmaceutical recruitment business where the delivery consultants are allowed to focus on what theyre actually good at - finding great candidates, building relationships and filling jobs.

The roles youll work are predominantly retained or exclusive, so you wont be firing CVs into the same vacancy as five other agencies.

The business cares much more about quality than pointless activity targets, and consultants only manage a small number of active searches at a time.
