About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail driven Procurement Administrator to join our clients team and provide exceptional procurement support across the business on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide procurement support and guidance to the UK business in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate vendor information within the ERP system (Microsoft Navision).
- Monitor and review Vendor Payment Terms to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage the relationship with our SSIP provider (Alcumus) and ensure contractor compliance with SafeContractor and SafePQQ.
- Review and map end to end procurement processes.
- Assist with the administration of company vehicles and cash allowance schemes.
- Create and set up new vendors within the system.
- Review vendors based on usage, category, and risk.
- Work with the procurement team to analyse spend, pricing, discounts, and rebates.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure system information remains up to date.
- Monitor and report on spend via the Adhoc account.
