Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (Continental)

€70,750 per annum + benefits

We’re looking for a Shift Manager to take charge of a multi-skilled team of engineers ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support within your discipline (electrical, mechanical, or multiskilled).
  • Conduct technical audits, manage spare parts inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team, including performance management and shift planning.
  • Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, method statements, and site procedures.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring service levels are met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics, PLC/control systems, and CMMS/PPM processes.
  • Leadership & Influence: A strong leader who can motivate, coach, and drive cultural change.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30M on MEWP platforms if required.
