This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a highly automated, cutting-edge facility—with a clear path to progress into a Shift Leader role. Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated equipment * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions * Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CMMS system * Assist in managing shift handovers and contribute to shift reports * Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment * Collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Career Progression: If you demonstrate technical expertise, leadership qualities, and initiative, there will be an opportunity to step into a Shift Leader position—taking on team coordination, mentoring responsibilities, and acting as the key contact during shifts.
