Shifts: Rotating Mon–Fri: 06:00–14:00, 10:00–18:00, 14:00–22:00

We are recruiting an IT WMS Technician for our client, a global leader in automation and logistics. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting advanced warehouse IT systems in a dynamic distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and support Warehouse Management & Material Flow Systems
  • Perform system monitoring, testing, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and site staff to ensure uptime
  • Support software changes, updates, and releases
  • Work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings

What You’ll Need:

  • BSc/HND/HNC in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong SQL and Linux skills
  • Experience of supporting automated materials handling systems
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Material Flow Systems (MFS)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Java/PLC experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to shift patterns
