We are excited to announce we are recruiting for a resident Maintenance Engineer for a world-leading materials automation provider on a Monday to Friday shift pattern. On offer is a competitive salary, which increases after probation with a desirable benefits package, including enhanced holiday and pension contributions and a superb wellbeing program.
Based in a clean automated environment, you will be part of a small engineering team. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be working with minimal supervision. You will be part of a multi-skilled engineering team, and you will be completing mechanical and electrical preventive and corrective maintenance on time and to the highest standard in line with customer expectations and KPIs.
Requirements:
- The ideal Engineer will have demonstrable experience in: Conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics or similar
- PLC / Control Systems
- CMMS, WCS/WMS or SCADA
- You will ideally have an Engineering Degree or HND in Electrical / Electronic OR Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or apprenticed trained.
- Relevant sector skills are desirable
- Strong electrical skills are essential for this role
- Ability to work at height
