The role:
As Finance Manager, you'll act as a key finance partner to local management and project teams, providing accurate analysis, reporting, and insights that drive performance across two countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
- Month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting
- VAT/statutory reporting and Group-level reporting
- Process improvement and cross-country collaboration
About you:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Manager, Management Accounting or similar
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Confident communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Relevant management/financial accounting qualification
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in an international setting
