Wills Consultants are leading a retained search for a Global client seeking an exceptional Channel Sales Manager to lead and scale our partner ecosystem while driving a critical transition from perpetual software to subscription (SaaS). This is a high-impact role where you'll influence strategy, unlock new revenue streams, and play a key part in shaping the future of a fast-growing digital accessibility business.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive growth
  • Lead the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription/SaaS models
  • Identify, engage and onboard high-value channel partners
  • Build joint go-to-market plans and drive partner-led revenue
  • Use data insights to inform decisions, optimise performance, and scale success
  • Track and analyse partner performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics
