Our client, a global leader in automation solutions, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a major customer site in Coalville. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a highly automated, cutting‑edge facility—with a clear path to progress into a Shift Leader role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions
- Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CMMS system
- Assist in managing shift handovers and contribute to shift reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised working environment
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
