About the Role:
Have a passion for engineering? Interested in working within automated distribution? This job could be for you. We are recruiting for a Trainee Maintenance Technician for a global intralogistics engineering company within a state-of-the-art retail distribution centre.
You will be responsible for:
- Being part of the resident maintenance team carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supporting the troubleshooting process
- Ensuring all spares are used and processed correctly
This role includes a shift pattern so the Trainee Maintenance Technician must be available to work days, nights and weekends.
Requirements:
As a Trainee Maintenance Technician, you must:
- Hold a NVQ L2 or greater in an Engineering discipline or 5 years work experience in a related role
- Be self-motivated and able to be a strong team player
- Be enthusiastic and customer focused
This role would be suitable for: Junior Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Assistant, Maintenance Technician, Trainee Engineer, Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Service Technician.
