Join a global leader in automation at an exciting brand-new, high-tech site. As a Automation Warehouse Operative, you will keep products moving by resolving system jams, cleaning equipment, and supporting the maintenance team - no tools or formal engineering qualifications required.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor product flow in an automated warehouse
- Clear jams and minor issues (tool-free)
- Assist with cleaning, inspections, and general support
- Follow health & safety and hygiene standards
- Help coordinate spare parts and warranty handling
What You’ll Bring:
- Enthusiasm and a team focused approach
- Engineering related qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
- Comfortable working at height (up to 18m) and in chilled environment (24C)
- Able to commit to Panama Shift Pattern (12-hr shifts, incl. days/nights/weekends)
- Physically fit, safety-aware, and detail-focused
- Basic computer literacy
- Flexible, positive attitude
