💰 £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits
We’re partnering with WillPowders on a key hire as they enter a major new phase of growth, including expansion into Sport, Lifestyle and Beauty. Creators sit at the centre of that strategy. This role will define how the brand shows up through people, not ads.
The Role
- You’ll own the influencer and creator ecosystem end-to-end, from identifying the right talent to building long-term partnerships that drive real awareness and engagement.
- Working closely with the CMO and creative team, you’ll ensure all creator output feels aligned, credible and on-brand. This is not a gifting role. It’s about building relationships that last and content that performs.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own the creator strategy across Sport, Lifestyle, Beauty and Core
- Identify and secure culturally aligned talent (not just follower count)
- Develop long-term creator partnerships, not one-off campaigns
- Own outreach, negotiation, contracts and relationships
- Write clear, effective creator briefs
- Manage content delivery and approvals
- Track performance (reach, engagement, sentiment) and optimise partnerships
- Build a scalable UGC and creator community
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in influencer / creator roles
- Strong instinct for talent and cultural fit
- A network in fitness, wellness or lifestyle (or ability to build one quickly)
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Commercially minded with experience negotiating and managing budgets
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple creators and campaigns
- Understanding of how creator content feeds into wider marketing
Why This Role
- Ownership of a key growth channel at a pivotal moment
- Direct access to senior leadership and creative direction
- Significant investment in creator strategy and partnerships
- Opportunity to shape multiple new verticals
- A brand with a highly engaged, loyal audience
Benefits
- Competitive salary + bonus
- Relocation support
- Private healthcare, pension, life insurance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Product discount
- On-site gym, PT, spa & biohacking facilities
- Weekly food shop provided for all staff
