The Role: Design is one of the most powerful expressions of who WillPowders is — and this role sits right at the centre of that. As a Designer, you’ll own the visual quality of the brand across every digital touchpoint: social, paid media, email, web, and product launches. This isn’t a “just execute the brief” role. WillPowders is looking for a designer with genuine craft, creative thinking, and a strong understanding of what drives performance. Beautiful work that also works hard. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Creative and the wider marketing team, shaping the brand as it expands into Sport and Lifestyle and reaches entirely new audiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design high‑performing assets for social, paid media, email, landing pages, and web.
  • Create compelling visuals for product launches across multiple formats.
  • Adapt and resize assets for different platforms without losing visual integrity.
  • Maintain and evolve brand templates, guidelines, and asset libraries.
  • Uphold visual consistency and premium brand standards across all channels.
  • Work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and external partners.
  • Present work clearly, take feedback constructively, and raise the creative bar.

  • Strong engagement, CTR, and conversion across paid and social.
