WillPowders is a science-driven biohacking and wellness brand founded by Sunday Times No. 1 bestselling author Davinia Taylor. We exist to help people think better, feel better, and perform at their best - through products built on rigorous science, not wellness trends.

The Role

You'll be the analytical engine of the marketing team - building the dashboards, running the analysis, and turning numbers into clear decisions that move the business forward. This is a genuinely cross-functional role with visibility across paid, organic, CRM, content, and product, giving you a full-picture view that most analysts never get. You'll report directly to the CMO and own the insight function end-to-end - from tracking infrastructure to strategic recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards across GA4, Meta Ads, and Google Ads - giving the team real-time visibility of what's working
  • Own weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Monitor core commercial metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, and AOV
  • Analyse creative and channel performance across paid and organic, identifying what formats, messages, and approaches drive results
  • Analyse customer behaviour, purchase patterns, and LTV trends to surface retention and upsell opportunities
  • Support new product development with consumer demand signals, search trends, and category behaviour
  • Build data literacy across the team
  • Ensure data sources are clean, consistent, and trusted, resolving tracking issues and maintaining data integrity

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a marketing analytics, performance analytics, or data analyst role, ideally within an e-commerce or DTC environment
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads, comfortable building custom reports and extracting actionable insight
  • Strong commercial track record - you understand CAC, LTV, and ROAS and how they connect to broader business health
  • Highly proficient in dashboard tooling, Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Comfortable with spreadsheet modelling and data manipulation; SQL experience a strong advantage
  • A clear, concise communicator
  • Proactively curious, you spot the question worth asking before you're asked it

Package

  • Competitive salary + bonus
  • Relocation support (if applicable)
  • Private healthcare, pension, life insurance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Product discount
  • On-site gym, PT, spa & biohacking facilities
  • Weekly food provided for the office
