With a highly engaged community and a rapidly growing audience, the brand is now investing in building a more strategic and culturally relevant presence beyond its own channels, creating genuine engagement in the spaces where its audience already spends time.

This is not a traditional community management role focused purely on owned social channels. You’ll be responsible for building WillPowders’ presence across external communities, creator networks, forums, podcast audiences and cultural spaces, developing authentic relationships and creating meaningful brand visibility where it matters most.

Working closely with the Content Strategist and wider marketing team, you’ll help turn audience insight and cultural engagement into long-term organic growth.

  • Identify and engage relevant online communities across wellness, sport, lifestyle and biohacking
  • Build an authentic WillPowders presence within forums, creator spaces and niche communities
  • Develop relationships with creators, micro-influencers and community leaders
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities aligned with the brand
  • Feed community insights into content, campaigns and audience strategy
  • Track engagement, sentiment and creator-driven reach from outreach activity
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Marketing and Community teams

Experience in community engagement, creator relations, influencer marketing or social.

Experience building brand presence in spaces the brand does not own.

Strong understanding of online communities, creator culture and digital audience behaviour.

Excellent relationship-building and written communication skills.

Naturally curious and culturally aware, always ahead of emerging conversations and communities.

Own and shape a key area of organic growth for a fast-scaling brand.

Work closely with senior marketing and content leadership.
