This role will help us elevate Will Powders’ digital presence, optimise online sales, and enhance customer experience (from a stellar benchmark - check out our reviews!).
You’ll support the E‑Commerce Manager in running day‑to‑day operations across our online store and marketplace channels.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll own key parts of our digital shopfront, and collaborate cross‑functionally to keep our e‑commerce cogs turning, to make a real impact on how customers experience Will Powders online.
- What you’ll be doing
- Product Listing Management: Own and manage updating and uploading of products, and keep merchandising fresh. Support setup of discounts, bundles, and campaigns across the site.
- Marketplaces: Assist in the success of additional platforms by co‑ordinating internal stakeholders and agency partners (Tik Tok Shop / Tik Tok Live and Amazon, and occasional POS needs through Shopify)
- Strategic Performance & Insight: Analyse traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour data to drive performance‑based decision-making.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration: Become a crucial thread between marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey from traffic to delivery and to ensure smooth launches, campaigns, and fulfilment.
- What you’ll bring
- 1‑3 years in e‑commerce, preferably within DTC brand(s).
- Experience with Shopify required, Amazon/Tik Tok marketplace experience a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills; confident with Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail, organised, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
