Community Engagement Manager / Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, proactive Community Engagement Manager or Executive to manage and grow the Will Powders online community.

This role is all about connecting with our audience, elevating the brand and ensuring our customers feel informed, supported and inspired.

You will be responsible for daily engagement across our social platforms, spreading Will Powders knowledge and partnering with Customer Service, Events and Marketing to build meaningful moments for our community – both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Engagement & Management
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Linked In.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging in all community interactions.
  • Proactively start conversations to increase engagement and deepen community connection.
  • Identify common questions, trends, and opportunities to educate followers about Will Powders products, philosophy and lifestyle.
  • Community Education & Brand Advocacy
  • Communicate Will Powders knowledge clearly and effectively across all platforms.
  • Support content creation with insights into what the community wants and needs.
  • Share product stories, benefits, and brand mission in an authentic, conversation‑driven way.
  • Spot community advocates and help nurture relationships with superfans.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure quick and accurate responses.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and educational content.
  • Coordinate with the Events Team to bring community insights into event planning.
  • Community Events & Experiences
  • Assist in the development, planning and execution of community‑facing events: virtual and in person.
  • Help brainstorm and produce experiences that deepen customer connection to Will Powders.
  • Gather community feedback before and after events to continuously improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute social media giveaways and contests.
  • Ensure promotions align with brand messaging and compliance requirements.
  • Track and report on performance and engagement from giveaways to optimize future campaigns.
