Willows Training Centre - Management is seeking an Events Supervisor to oversee successful event delivery and service levels across the venue.

You will support floor delivery, maintain high standards, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with the Assistant Event Manager.

The role also involves leading small teams during events and stepping in as Duty Manager when required.

Flexibility for a seven-day rota including evenings and weekends is essential.
