Willows Montessori Nursery is a small setting based in a semi-rural location. We provide care and education for children from Birth to 5 years following the Montessori Method of Education. We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner or teacher to join our team. A relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 and a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage would be preferable. Experience of working with children under 2 is also preferable, but not essential.
An understanding of the Montessori Approach to Education would be advantageous although not essential. We provide staff with plenty of opportunity to progress their own personal development should they desire including training as a Forest School Leader and Montessori training.
An incentive payment of 1000 may be available to those who are newly qualified and taking up their first childcare position, or to those who are returning to childcare after a career break. Please speak to the nursery manager for further information.
The successful candidate must undergo an enhanced DBS check and register for the update service.
