Hours:8:00am – 6:30/7:00pm, Monday–Friday
Travel:Extensive international travel, approximately 3 months of the year
A wonderful opportunity for an experienced, warm and professional nanny to join a lovely family based in Notting Hill.
The family currently have a 13-month-old child, with their second baby due in April 2027. (Mum will be taking maternity leave until September 2027)
Both parents have very busy professional lives, so they are looking for someone dependable, proactive and highly capable who can take ownership of the children's day-to-day care and development.
The family's priority is finding someone who will provide not only excellent physical care, but also afun, stimulating and nurturing environmentin which the children can thrive.
The nanny will be responsible for creating a rich and engaging daily routine, with a strong focus on:
- Supporting each child's development and individual needs
- Creating age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
- Getting out and about and building a good social life for the children
- Organising playdates, classes, activities and outings
- Encouraging confidence, curiosity and independence
- Providing a warm, secure and nurturing environment
- Supporting healthy routines around meals, sleep and play
- Helping the children reach their developmental milestones
- Being attentive to each child's personality and interests
The family placegreat importance on social and educational development, so the nanny should genuinely enjoy planning activities, exploring London with the children and creating a stimulating, happy childhood.
The family travel extensively and the role will involve approximatelythree months of travel per year, primarily to theUSA and the family's home in the South of France.
The successful candidate must therefore be very comfortable with international travel and enjoy travelling as part of their role.
