A warm and welcoming family based in Banbury are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised live-in Housekeeper/Nanny to become an integral part of their busy household. The family have three children aged 5 years, 4 years and 4 months, and are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is naturally organised and takes pride in maintaining a well‑run home. This is primarily a housekeeping role (approximately 85%), with childcare making up around 15% of the position. The successful candidate will be happy to adapt to the changing needs of family life and enjoy the variety that comes with supporting a busy household.
Hours
- Typically between 7:00am and 7:00pm
- Not all hours will be required every week
- Flexibility is essential to meet the family's changing schedule
Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying and maintaining high household standards
- Laundry and ironing
- Household organisation and maintaining an efficient home
- Family meal preparation where required
- Running household errands
- Supporting with childcare before and after school, and assisting with the baby when needed
- Helping to keep children's areas clean, organised and well maintained
- Working alongside the parents and other household support in a collaborative manner
