Willowbrook is a long-established provider of Domiciliary Care and Extra Care services, operating primarily in East Lancashire and Fylde & Wyre. Services are commissioned by Local Authorities and by private clients. This role is based at our Head Office/Hyndburn branch, Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire.
The key purpose of the role is to support Oswaldtwistle Branch with the general day-to-day running of the office, working to deadlines and in line with the Company’s policies and procedures. NB. This job description may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business.

Job Specification:
- Answer and professionally direct incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to enquiries from clients, families, employees, and external professionals.
- Manage reception duties and provide administrative support to the office team.
- Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
- Assist with quality assurance and compliance checks, ensuring documentation is completed and up to date.
- Support the management team with general office administration.
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the business.
