About The Role
- You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the day-to-day running of the shop.
- Oversee targets, financial records and handle banking.
- Ensure compliance with trading standards, Gift Aid and Hospice policies.
- Build positive community relationships and recruit, train and support volunteers.
- Manage shift cover and encourage a positive culture through team meetings and training.
- Ensure volunteer training and mandatory updates are completed on time.
- Work regularly with the Retail Management Team.
- Oversee organisation of incoming stock and store display.
About You
- We are looking for someone who has a positive and reliable approach with strong communication.
- Previous experience working as a store manager.
- Is organised, self-motivated and able to manage their time effectively.
- Can comfortably lead and provide training to other staff members.
- Is comfortable with basic admin, monitoring shifts and working with management.
- Can oversee the running of the shop and has the flexibility to cover other stores if needed.
