We are looking for a values-driven Head of Finance to join our Senior Leadership Team. As our Head of Finance, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure the financial viability of our hospice and trading subsidiary, ensuring that every pound maximizes support for our patients and families. What You Will Do
- Strategic Planning: Leading the preparation of annual budgets and 5-year financial forecasts to secure the long-term viability of the hospice.
- Financial Management: Providing accurate accountancy, quarterly cash flow analysis, and regular statements for the Board of Trustees and Trading Company Compliance.
