Responsibilities:
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, serve customers efficiently, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dining areas.
- Monitor fridge temperatures and keep accurate records, manage stock levels.
- Assist with delivering excellent customer experiences, and work collaboratively as part of the catering team to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Previous catering experience
- Recognised catering qualification (e.g., NVQ level 1 or above)
- HACCP training certificate
- Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment
