We are looking for a Store Manager to join our friendly retail team playing a vital part in fundraising and management. About The Role

  • You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the day-to-day running of the shop.
  • Oversee targets, financial records and handle banking.
  • Ensure compliance with trading standards, Gift Aid and Hospice policies.
  • Build positive community relationships and recruit, train and support volunteers.
  • Manage shift cover and encourage a positive culture through team meetings and training.
  • Ensure volunteer training and mandatory updates are completed on time.
  • Work regularly with the Retail Management Team.
  • Oversee organisation of incoming stock and store display.

About You

  • We are looking for someone who has a positive and reliable approach with strong communication.
  • Previous experience working as a store manager.
  • Is organised, self-motivated and able to manage their time effectively.
  • Can comfortably lead and provide training to other staff members.
  • Is comfortable with basic admin, monitoring shifts and working with management.
  • Can oversee the running of the shop and has the flexibility to cover other stores if needed.
