The role:
We are recruiting keen and enthusiastic Care Support Workers to work in our Extra Care Service, located in Primrose Gardens – Chorley to ensure that the resident’s needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion, alongside supporting activities in the community and within our Extra Care Services.
Job specification
*Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
*Provide personal care to clients.
*Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
*Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
*Complete all necessary paperwork.
*Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
*Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
