Job Specification
- Visit nominated adult clients at times directed by care coordinators and management.
- Provide personal care to clients.
- Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to clients.
- Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Fully comply with company policies, procedures and approved practice, and promote the aims of the company.
- Participate in induction training and regular in‑service training programmes as directed by managers or supervisors.
Key Skills and Attributes
