The predicted salary is between 54450 - 66550 Β£ per year.

Lead, manage, and develop a team of 6 engineers and technicians, including performance reviews, training, and succession planning.

Ensure high levels of equipment reliability and uptime across all production lines.

Own and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs), including downtime reduction, mean time to repair (MTTR), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance, energy usage, and maintenance efficiency.

Plan and manage preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.

Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to support business objectives.

Ensure we stock critical spare parts for all machines.

Responsible for ordering and price negotiations for spare parts/machinery.

Responsible for tracking utilities costs e.g., electrical, gas, diesel etc.

Sustainability project to be a team member of the sustainability programme.
