Willowbrook Care Home is a specialist service in Birmingham, providing high quality care for up to 75 residents living with dementia, mental health conditions and complex needs. The home delivers clinically led, person centred care within a structured and supportive environment, promoting independence, stability and overall wellbeing.

£12.71 per hour

Role Overview

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and team members within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will manage incoming enquiries, greet visitors and support day to day administrative tasks, ensuring information is handled accurately, confidentially and efficiently. You will be mindful of working within a specialist environment, responding sensitively and appropriately to residents, families and professionals. Working closely with the Business Administrator and management team, you will help maintain organised systems and contribute to the smooth running of the service. Your role will support a calm, structured and professional environment at all times.
