Willowbrook Care Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. You will work in a specialist complex care setting, delivering high-quality, clinically led care to residents with dementia and complex health needs.
You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications and monitor health changes. You will lead shifts, guide the team, document carefully, and uphold dignity and wellbeing at all times.
