Here at Willow Vets, we are looking for an experienced, motivated RVN to join our team. This role will be spread across both of our well-established sites, Thorpe and Hellesdon. You will be welcomed into our team consisting of 6 other RVNs, two SVNs, 2 PCAs and 4 Receptionists. We have 6 vets, and all these staff work across both sites Willow Vets Hellesdon and Willow Vets Thorpe.
We would love to support your development both clinically and personally. We can offer flexible hours with no OOH requirement. The successful candidate will be efficient, organised, have the ability to use their initiative and common sense to solve problems. They will ideally coach and mentor less experienced staff striving to reach the highest standards of care for our patients.
We believe our nurses are invaluable and we are doing as much as possible to develop the role of the veterinary nurse in the practice. The role would be working across both sites, for 30hrs per week including Saturday mornings. Clinical coach qualifications would be helpful but finding the right person is more important than the right certificates.
