The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are seeking x2 Receptionists to support our busy practice. The working hours for each post are as follows:
- Post 1: Mon - Sun 10.30 - 7.00, Tues - 08.00 - 5.00, Weds - 08.00 - 3.30, Fri - 08.00 - 4.30, One Saturday a month 08.00 am - 1.00 pm (5 hours paid at time and a half)
- Post 2: Mon - 08.00 - 4.00, Tues - 11.00 - 7.00, Weds - 08.00 - 5.00, Fri - 11.00 - 7.00, One Saturday a month 08.00 am - 1.00 pm (5 hours paid at time and a half)
A 15 minute tea break (paid) is allowed when working for a period of more than 3 hours. A half hour unpaid lunch break is provided when working over 6 hours.
NHS General Practice is seeking a cheerful, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our busy team in new purpose-built premises providing front line NHS care for over 16,000 patients in Kingsbury. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing information and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Previous experience of working within a customer service environment, dealing with a large number of enquiries both on the telephone, via eConsult and face-to-face where clinically indicated in a compassionate and friendly manner along with good computer skills is essential.
