We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Care Assistants to join our expanding team. You will provide high-quality care and companionship to adults in the community, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with medication, meals, hydration and daily routines
- Assisting with mobility, wellbeing and companionship
- Recording accurate care notes after each visit
- Reporting concerns promptly to ensure safety and quality
- Travelling between visits (mileage paid)
