Willow Senior Care is looking for reliable Care Assistants to join our established home-care team, supporting people in their own homes within an 8-mile radius of Rugeley. We aim to offer something more straightforward, with guaranteed contracted hours, paid travel time and a small local working area.
What we offer:

- £13.00 - £13.50 per hour for care time
- Travel time paid at £12.71 per hour
- 35p per mile mileage allowance

We have several contracted working patterns available and are happy to discuss which would suit you best:
- Early Morning Care: Approximately 7:00am - 10:30am. Ideal for someone who enjoys an early start and would like the rest of their day free. 3, 4 or 5 mornings per week may be available.
- Morning & Lunch Care: Approximately 7:00am - 2:00pm. Covering our morning and lunchtime care runs, with a break between runs.
- Tea-Time Care: Approximately 3:15pm - 6:00pm. A shorter afternoon/evening working pattern that may suit someone looking for regular part-time hours.
- Evening Care: Approximately 6:15pm - 9:45pm. Regular evening work supporting our service users with their evening and bedtime care.
- Tea & Evening Care: Approximately 3:15pm - 9:45pm. Covering both our tea-time and bedtime care runs, with a short break between runs.
- Core Care Assistant: For applicants looking for more hours, contracts of approximately 20-30 hours per week may be available across a combination of our care runs. We can discuss the number of days and preferred working pattern with you at interview.
What we ask from you:
All contracted Care Assistants are required to work alternate weekends as part of their regular rota. You will be visiting people in their own homes, so you must be dependable, comfortable working independently and able to travel between service users throughout our local area. Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training can be provided.
