The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

You’ll be supporting the Head of Compliance with a wide variety of Compliance duties but with a particular focus on assisting with the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including executing thematic reviews.

You’ll also be responsible for reviewing and updating Compliance policies and for assisting with FCA returns using RegData and Connect. Other duties will include Financial Promotions approvals, handling Compliance queries and complaints management and investigation.

The role involves 4 days a week in the office (Central London) and 1 day per week working from home.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll have gained 2+ years Compliance experience in a retail FinTech environment and will ideally be familiar with Consumer Duty requirements.
  • This experience will ideally include assisting with execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, whilst any experience of FCA submissions using RegData and/or Connect would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
  • A Law degree would be advantageous but is not essential.
