Willow Resourcing is seeking an Interim Compliance Manager for a well-established Insurance broker.

The role reports to the CEO and covers UK, EU, Middle East and US regulatory oversight on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

You will maintain the compliance framework, implement Financial Crime controls in new product approvals, own the Enterprise Risk Management framework, and act as the data protection SME for the business across multiple jurisdictions.
